Nicole Ussery is a leadership coach who possesses both a formal and operational leadership education. Her experience allows her to deliver insightful and unabridged coaching to her clients. She is a graduate of West Point and a combat veteran. She holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology and leadership from Columbia University. She also completed the Georgetown University leadership coach program and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
